Welcome to Swift Landscaping LLC. By requesting estimates or contracting our yard maintenance, irrigation, construction, or cleanup services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Estimates, Quotes & Work Scope
Estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary. Final binding quotes are confirmed following an on-site property evaluation. Any modifications or additions to the agreed scope requested during execution will be quoted and authorized before work proceeds.
2. Property Access & Worksite Safety
Clients agree to provide unhindered access to the project area on scheduled service dates. Gates must be unlocked, and domestic animals must be secured indoors or in a separate enclosed area. Clients are responsible for identifying private underground fixtures (e.g., custom low-voltage landscape lighting, private invisible dog fences) prior to excavation or trenching.
3. Weather Conditions & Scheduling
Landscaping operations are subject to seasonal weather conditions (extreme rain, frozen ground, lightning). In the event of severe weather, services will be rescheduled for the earliest safe date. Swift Landscaping LLC will proactively communicate any schedule modifications.
4. Invoicing & Payment Terms
Payment terms for maintenance visits and completed projects are detailed on each invoice. For large-scale landscape construction projects, a material deposit may be required prior to work commencement, with the remaining balance due upon completion walkthrough.
5. Plant Material & Irrigation Standards
We install healthy nursery stock and build irrigation systems to strict professional standards. However, ongoing plant vitality requires appropriate watering, weather protection, and pest care. We provide watering guidance and controller recommendations upon project completion.
6. Insurance & Workmanship Warranty
Swift Landscaping LLC is fully licensed and insured. We perform all work in a professional and workmanlike manner. We stand behind our craft and encourage clients to inspect projects upon completion.
